Fox-IT consists of a team of dedicated cyber security experts at the core, supported by agile sales and corporate professionals. Their SOC (Security Operation Centre) for the technically talented of you, and Inside Sales department, if you are interested in developing your soft skills while also learning about cyber and security. The former is great if you are already familiar with (ethical) hacking, networks and development. Fox-IT regularly organises a “SOC-challenge”, where next to a short assessment and interview there is always pizza and the possibility to talk to real Fox-ers and to explore the company. The latter is about consultative selling. You’ll learn all about the company, services and products, and keep contact with interested, prospective clients, trying to figure out how to best serve them. You’ll get to know a lot of people in the company and all their activities, so you can find what is it that you’d like to explore in the future for yourself. You don’t have to get into the technical details of cyber security (only if you want to), you’ll be relying on your soft skills like communication, organising, prioritising and active listening.
