HSD Partners and ICSSS Among Nominees Computable Awards 2024

Computable has announced the nominees for the Computable Awards 2024. Several organisations, individuals and solutions are nominated across various categories including Cyber Resilience, IT Talent, Digital Transformation and Digital Innovation. A total of 18 awards will be presented on 27 November 2024.

 

Readers of Computable can suggest nominees through the website. The jury consists of Stijn Grove, Ruud Mulder, Reza Sarshar, Fred Streefland, Richard Turk, Anouk Vos and Jasper Wognum. They consider whether submitted projects are successful, innovative, responsible and/or sizeable enough for consideration. A total of 585 submissions were considered by the jury before they decided on the nominees.

 

The categories for which awards will be handed out are:

 

  • The best Dutch IT-talents
  • The best Dutch IT directors
  • The best IT projects aimed at SMEs
  • The best large business projects
  • The best governmental projects in IT
  • The best educational projects in IT
  • Sustainable and responsible projects
  • The best digital innovations
  • The most sustainable projects in technology
  • The best collaborations in IT
  • The best digital transformations
  • The best workplaces of the future
  • The most (cyber)resilient initiatives

 

Among the nominees are many HSD partners, such as Darktrace, KPN, aXite Security Tools, Cegeka, OrcaGroup, the National Police, HackShield, TU Delft, TNO, the Ministry of Justice and Security, KPN Ventures, the Public Prosecutor, NCTV, NCSC, and Fox-IT.

 

Also nominated is the 8th edition of the International Cyber Security Summer School  which took place in August 2023, in the category ‘Most (cyber)resilient initiatives’. The ICSSS is multiple-day event with one important goal: to prepare upcoming talent for a career in cyber security. 

 

Security Delta (HSD) organises the International Cyber Security Summer School (ICSSS), in collaboration with NCI Agency, Europol, Leiden University, and several other HSD partners. This edition was powered by NCTV, Accenture, Awareways, Connect2Trust, Secura, Booz Allen Hamilton, KPMG, ICTRecht, CFLW Cyber Strategies, EclecticIQ, Fox-IT and Chapter8. A 9th edition is coming up this August.
