Are you a private company, university, or research and technology institute and excited to present your most innovative technological solutions to the European Law Enforcement community? From 4-6 February, Europol will host its 'Industry and Research Days' in their headquarters in The Hague (NL) and invites you to participate! Submit your expression of interest before 3 november.

The Industry and Research Days

It is crucial that law enforcement stays up to date of new technology in order to counter emerging threats. By doing so, new skills will be acquired and alternative investigative techniques developed. In connection to this, Europol’s 'Industry and Research Days' are held. The goal of these days is to “Set a fair and transparent framework and create a level playing field for private companies and research organisations to present their most innovative products to law enforcement.”

What are they looking for?

Europol welcomes interactive and creative solutions that participants can engage with directly. Whether you’ve developed a revolutionary tool for investigators or a new methodology that can transform the way analysts work, this is your opportunity to showcase your product.

These are the thematic areas selected in which you can participate:

  • Robots, Drones, and Unmanned Systems
  • Quantum Applications for Law Enforcement
  • Deepfake Detection and Witness Testimony Distortion
  • Advanced Biometrics for Forensic Analysis
  • OSINT Analysis of Private Channels
  • AI Tools for Target Detection, Identification, and Tracking
  • LEAs’ Vehicles as Integrated Work Platforms
  • Augmented Reality for Forensic Investigations
  • Satellite Imagery: Data and Image Processing

Why should you participate?

These three exciting days will give you the opportunity to present your technological solutions to an expert jury and will offer you the chance to engage with industry leaders, researchers and decision-makers in law enforcement. Your innovation could be the next big breakthrough in tackling the key challenges faced by European Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs).
