Friesch Dagblad, a regional newspaper in the Netherlands, is describing how The Netherlands has created its own Silicon Valley of the security industry through The Hague Security Delta.

Throughout its 100 years of existence the Peace Palace has proved to be of great value to the city of The Hague. The notorious building is home to well-known and reputable institutions such as the Permanent Court of Arbitration, International Court of Justice and the Carnegie Foundation, all which have helped with attracting hundreds of organisations and institutions from the world of peace, security and justice to the city of The Hague. With institutions such as the International Criminal Court and UN tribunals choosing for The Hague as their headquarters, the city has become an international cluster for peace, security and justice. The United States has its Silicon Valley, The Netherlands has its The Hague Security Delta.
