Horizon 2020 Offers New Opportunities for Research and Innovation in the Field of Security

Our world is rapidly changing and new security threats arise. To face these threats, the European Union has created a budget within the funding  programme Horizon 2020   to support research and innovation in the field of security.

With several funding instruments, stakeholders (including end users) will be brought together and supported in their ambitions concerning research and innovation. At the same time the opportunities that the period 2016-2017 will offer become more clear. For interested parties it is surely worth the effort to investigate what the opportunities are and what Horizon 2020 can offer. The deadline for submitting project proposals is the 27th of August 2015.
