Webinar – Critical infrastructure protection: the current cyber threat landscape and Japan-Netherlands collaboration
The Embassy of Netherlands in Tokyo and The Hague Security Delta cordially invite you to join us for a webinar on the cyber threat landscape of critical infrastructures. Experts from Japan and the Netherlands will explain the current cyber threats and will discuss solutions coming from new technologies such as AI and will discuss opportunities for collaboration between both countries. Building on the JPN-NL friendship is especially important in the current Covid-19 crisis.
Background
The unfortunate pandemic has triggered an increase of cyber threats on critical infrastructures. Governments and businesses are working hard to secure those infrastructures, mitigate risks and adapt to the challenges of Covid-19. New challenges and opportunities come forth from the new normal as experts in the field of cyber security and critical infrastructures cope with an increase in threats on the critical infrastructures of our nations. The energy and power network, hospitals, telco networks, the financial sector all require a secure and strong cyber security protection for the resilience of our nations.
In the past five years, Japan and the Netherlands have built up strong relations in securing critical infrastructures, even leading to co-developed JPN-NL solutions. With this webinar we hope to further develop this friendship for the years to come. We invite you to become part of this.
