HSD Lunch & Talk: Building high-performing teams with AI
Security Delta (HSD) and the HSD Campus organise interesting Lunch & Talk sessions at the HSD Campus. These are great opportunities to meet the experts that secure our digital society, all while enjoying a delicious lunch. To stimulate knowledge sharing, experts from the HSD Community will be holding short presentations. This time we will welcome Noura el Ouajdi from ObjectivEye!
Organisations are under pressure to make faster and better hiring decisions, often with limited resources. In this session, Noura el Ouajdi shows how AI can support more consistent, explainable and compliant decision-making in recruitment. The focus is on practical application: translating corporate experience into clear, actionable insights for SMEs in the (digital) security domain.
Topics include responsible AI use, compliance with emerging regulation such as the AI Act, and reducing bias while improving decision quality.
Participants will gain:
- A clear understanding of how AI can support hiring decisions without increasing risk
- Practical guidelines for responsible and compliant use of AI in recruitment
- Insight into reducing bias and improving consistency in selection processes
- A simple framework to translate AI into practical use within smaller organisations
