Email Bereikbaarheid HSD Office

HSD Office heeft sinds 7 mei last van een mail bombing attack en gerichte spearfishing pogingen. We hebben dit operationeel en veiligheidstechnisch onder controle. Deze pogingen weten we tot nu toe af te wenden: de kwaadwillenden zijn niet in onze systemen gekomen. 

HSD Office krijgt duizenden gelegitimeerde ‘spam’ mails opgestuurd die vanwege de legitimiteit niet geblokt worden in de normale filters. Met hulp van onze IT-provider en een gespecialiseerd cybersecurity bedrijf monitoren we de aanval continue en hebben we een aantal preventieve maatregelen getroffen om met deze situatie om te gaan.

Eén van deze maatregelen is dat wij sinds maandag 18 mei alleen mail doorlaten van organisaties die wij zelf vertrouwen. Maar soms missen wij daarbij toch nog enkele vertrouwde mailtjes. Mocht je ons gemaild hebben en geen reactie ontvangen, neem dan telefonisch contact op via het mobiel van uw bekende medewerker of via algemeen nummer (0)70-2045180.

In lijn met onze missie om Nederland digitaal veiliger te maken en kennis te delen, hebben we deze aanvalspoging ook gemeld bij het NCSC.

Email Contact HSD Office

Since 7 May, HSD Office has been experiencing a mail bombing attack combined with targeted spear phishing attempts. We have the situation under control from both an operational and security perspective. So far, we have successfully prevented these attempts: malicious actors have not gained access to our systems.

HSD Office has received thousands of legitimate-looking ‘spam’ emails that cannot be blocked by standard filters due to their authenticity. Together with our IT provider and a specialised cybersecurity company, we are continuously monitoring the situation and have implemented several preventive measures.

One of these measures is that, since Monday 18 May, we have only allowed emails from organisations we recognise and trust. However, this may occasionally result in trusted emails not reaching us. If you have contacted us by email and have not received a response, please contact us by phone via your familiar HSD contact person or through our general number: +31 (0)70-2045180.

In line with our mission to make the Netherlands more secure and to share knowledge, we have also reported this attempted attack to the NCSC.
