DigiCorp Labs, a fast-growing innovator in data-centric security, has officially joined Security Delta (HSD) as a Premium Partner, a move that reflects a shared ambition to strengthen European digital sovereignty and cybersecurity through public-private collaboration.

Rooted in The Hague but operating with a remote-first team across Europe, DigiCorp Labs is on a mission to transform how organisations secure, validate, and govern data in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Chantal Kusters, Co-founder DigiCorp Labs, said: "Our technologies are built on Web3 principles—sovereignty, transparency, decentralisation—but always with a practical eye on real-world compliance and usability.”

From Vision to Action: Decentralised Security by Design

Founded in 2021, DigiCorp Labs emerged from the belief that centralised data and identity systems no longer serve today’s digital needs. Instead of patching outdated infrastructure, DigiCorp Labs reimagined it—building secure, blockchain-enhanced technologies that help organisations shift from reactive to proactive security postures.

Their flagship technologies include:

Non-Fungible Data (NFD): Delivers blockchain-agnostic, tamper-proof data governance and compliance by enabling rule-driven, auditable data trails and cryptographic proofs of integrity, consistency, and history across distributed environments. Unlike NFTs, NFDs are non-transferable and anchor immutable, rule-enforced messages or operations, ensuring data cannot be tampered with or altered.

Digital Validator Owner (DVO): A next-gen identity solution that combines biometrics, blockchain wallets, and cryptographic proof to enable secure, auditable access control and data oversight, making sure only designated people may access business-critical information due to mechanisms such as Geofencing.

The company’s flagship product, the DGMV ICT BlackBox, brings aviation-grade logging to cybersecurity—creating an immutable digital evidence trail that strengthens compliance, incident response, and governance.

Connecting with HSD: A Strategic Alignment

DigiCorp Labs first connected with HSD during the Spanish-Dutch Business Summit in April 2024, held at the Kurhaus in The Hague.

Jozua van der Deijl (CEO and founder DigiCorp Labs) : “Our introduction to HSD—through InnovationQuarter—was more than a meeting. It was a moment of strategic alignment. We quickly realised that our values matched: innovation, sovereignty, and collaboration.”

This initial encounter evolved into a deeper engagement, culminating in DigiCorp Labs becoming a Premium Partner of HSD. “For us, HSD isn’t just a network—it’s a catalyst for secure, resilient digital infrastructure in Europe.”

Bringing Value to the Security Cluster

Through this partnership, DigiCorp Labs brings unique expertise in decentralised security architecture, identity management, and tamper-evident data validation. Their solutions are designed to integrate with existing systems while meeting demanding frameworks like NIS2, DORA, and GDPR, offering both security and operational resilience. With strategic partnerships including Hitachi Vantara and Protinus, a successful proof-of-concept with Shell, and a strong focus on solutions for critical infrastructure, government, and defense, DigiCorp Labs is bridging the gap between advanced Web3 innovation and enterprise-grade cybersecurity.

Looking Ahead: Scaling Innovation, Advocating Change

The company’s ambitions stretch beyond technology. As a Premium Partner, DigiCorp Labs aims to help strengthen the Dutch cybersecurity ecosystem—both through solutions and advocacy. “We’ve seen firsthand how public sector procurement can unintentionally overlook local innovators. Through HSD, we want to help change that.”

Their roadmap includes scaling DGMV technology across the Benelux and DACH regions in 2025, expanding to Asia and the UK by 2026, and establishing a leading role in smart city data validation by 2027.

With their joining, HSD welcomes a future-focused partner that embodies the power of decentralisation, the necessity of trust, and the urgency of collaboration in securing Europe’s digital future.
