Wanted: Technology Partners for French and Spanish Organisations
In collaboration with Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), we would like to bring two interesting collaboration opportunities to your attention. We do so with the aim of fostering international cooperation and knowledge exchange, which are essential to accelerating innovation and strengthening organisations in an increasingly competitive and technology-driven landscape.
This time, we would like to highlight two offers from Spain and France. These opportunities present potential for collaboration in areas such as technological development, knowledge sharing, and market access, and may be of particular interest to organisations looking to enhance their innovation capacity or explore new international partnerships.
French AI start-up seeking partners for Horizon Europe collaboration on the advanced border surveillance and situational awareness
French edge AI start-up seeking partners for Horizon Europe collaboration on the advanced border surveillance and situational awareness call: HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-BM-01. The company provides embedded vision systems for drones, enabling ultra-fast, energy-efficient perception and decision-making directly onboard. Research organizations, system integrators, and border management authorities are sought to validate these solutions in operational scenarios.
This call addresses the need for enhanced real-time situational awareness at European borders, where current UAV-based solutions remain limited by high latency, heavy onboard systems, and high energy consumption.
The French company develops embedded neuromorphic vision systems enabling ultra-fast and energy-efficient perception and decision-making directly onboard drones.
In line with the call objectives, the company aims to:
• Provide real-time drone detection and tracking capabilities for border surveillance
• Enable distributed and autonomous situational awareness systems
• Contribute to rapid response mechanisms, including drone interception
• Improve UAV autonomy and operational range beyond current supervision constraints.

Spanish research and technology organisation offers AI, edge intelligence and cybersecurity expertise for 6G FR3 Front-End Module development
A Spanish research and technology organisation, member of 6G-IA, offers expertise in AI/ML, edge intelligence, spectrum optimisation, cybersecurity, digital twins and validation for consortia targeting HORIZON-JU-SNS-2026-FEM-STREAM-B-02. The organisation seeks to contribute to the system-level intelligence, optimisation, trustworthiness and validation aspects of 6G FR3 Front-End Module design.
The organisation is a member of 6G-IA, which is in partnership with the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU). The call focuses on the design of a low-cost, energy-efficient and highly integrated FR3 Front-End Module for 6G. It addresses system-level FEM design, technological trade-offs, spectrum-sharing capabilities, massive MIMO, Sub-Band Full Duplex (SBFD), Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC), uplink capacity requirements, AI/ML-based optimisation and selected proof-of-concept validation activities at TRL 4/5.
The organisation offers a complementary profile for a 6G FEM consortium by combining expertise in artificial intelligence, edge intelligence, cybersecurity, digital twins, optimisation and European collaborative R&D. Its main added value lies in supporting the intelligent control, optimisation, validation and trustworthiness layers around the FEM system. While industrial and microelectronics partners would lead the detailed design of RF, analogue, digital and packaging components, the organisation can strengthen the proposal through AI/ML-enabled system intelligence and application-oriented validation.
