Registration Now Open for the Tech & Cyber Job Fair in Brussels

The Tech & Cyber Job Fair schedule has been announced, and registration is now open! The European Cybersecurity Organisation (ECSO) is pleased to invite companies to participate in the Tech & Cyber Job Fair powered by Road2Cyber, taking place on 30 October 2025 in Brussels. Organised in collaboration with the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, this job fair connects Europe’s leading cybersecurity and tech companies with high-potential students and professionals.

The event is designed to facilitate direct recruitment, promote diversity in cybersecurity, and foster industry-academia collaboration. This edition will feature students from the Solvay Master in Cybersecurity, along with participants from ECSO’s Road2Cyber and Women4Cyber communities—offering companies access to a diverse and highly skilled talent pool.

Agenda

• 16.00 – 19.30 – Job Fair: dedicated booths for companies to meet and interact with job seekers, showcase opportunities, and promote career pathways.
• 17.30 & 18.45 – Conferences: keynote sessions by industry leaders on workforce challenges and future skills in the digital and cyber sectors.
• 20.00 – 21.00 – Networking session: networking with food and drinks to deepen connections and explore collaboration opportunities between companies. As a participating company, you will also have the opportunity to invite selected job seekers you find promising for further discussions during the Job Fair.

Participation Fees

Participation fees are based on company size:

• Micro enterprises: €250
• SMEs: €1,000
• Large companies: €2,500

Participation is limited (up to 30 companies), and ECSO Members benefit from two weeks of exclusive early access.
