Open Call: CYSSDE Funding for Vulnerability Assessments

Are you in the field of penetration testing or vulnerability assessment? The CYSSDE open call offers a unique opportunity to secure up to 200.000 euros in funding per project! This initiative is part of the EU Digital Europe Program, supporting innovative cybersecurity projects.

CYSSDE supports European Member States in improving cybersecurity and complying with the NIS2 Directive. It organises open calls for cybersecurity projects, develops methods and scenarios for risk mitigation, and coordinates with national cybersecurity centers to improve penetration testing capabilities across Europe.

For this program, selected applicants will receive funding for pentesting and vulnerability assessments. By supporting these essential security assessments, organisations are able to proactively recognise, assess, and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities in their systems. This approach not only strengthens organisational resilience but also protects critical data from cyber threats.

Eligible projects
- Developing and deploying innovative penetration testing tools or techniques.
- Conducting comprehensive vulnerability assessments for critical systems.
- Designing and implementing cyber threat mitigation strategies.
- Covering costs related to security audits and compliance assessments.
- Documenting findings and creating actionable reports or recommendations for stakeholders.
