New Funding Opportunities Now Open under the Digital Europe Programme (DEP)

New funding opportunities under the Digital Europe Programme (DEP) are now open to businesses, SMEs, public administrations, and other entities from EU Member States and EEA countries. The call is managed by the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC), and supports projects aimed at improving Europe’s cybersecurity capabilities across a broad spectrum of areas. Successful proposals will contribute to strengthening Europe's digital infrastructure and boosting cybersecurity resilience across sectors.

Stakeholders are invited to submit proposals and benefit from funding for deployment activities that strengthen our cybersecurity capabilities and infrastructure in the following six cybersecurity areas:

• National SOCs
• Enlarging existing or Launching New Cross-Border SOC Platforms
• Strengthening the SOC Ecosystem
• Development and Deployment of Advanced Key Technologies
• Preparedness Support and Mutual Assistance, Targeting Larger Industrial Operations and Installations
• Support for Implementation of EU Legislation on Cybersecurity and National Cybersecurity Strategies (2024)

Call for expressions of interest for SOCs

To be eligible for the funding, applicants of the SOC categories of the call for proposals must apply as well to the call for expressions of interest, which selects entities to support the creation or expansion of SOCs, whether at a national or cross-border level.
