Join the Netherlands Pavilion at RSA Conference 2025
An opportunity is available to participate in the Netherlands Pavilion at RSA Conference 2025, the world’s largest cybersecurity event with over 40,000 visitors. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your company on a global stage, perfect for businesses looking for market validation, networking, and building international partnerships.
Participation in RSA Conference is typically a significant investment. However, through the Netherlands Pavilion, supported by the Dutch government, you can exhibit at a greatly reduced cost—making this high-profile event more accessible for Dutch companies.
Become part of the Netherlands Pavilion, a 20x30 sq. ft. (56 m²) booth featuring 8–12 companies. Each participant will have their own pod, designed for showcasing their business, with all aspects of booth construction, catering, and marketing fully handled by InnovationQuarter.
- Cost: €12,000 (excluding travel and accommodation).
- If you’re interested in a larger space instead of the standard pod, we’d be happy to discuss options (limited availability, additional cost).
Each pod includes:
- A branded panel and desk with your company logo, a TV screen for product presentations, and tailored furniture in NL branding style.
- Access to catering services.
- Use of shared seating areas to host visitors.
Important: If your company has previously engaged directly with RSA Conference organisers (regardless of participation), joining the Netherlands Pavilion is unfortunately not possible due to RSA’s requirements.
To secure your spot or request more details, please contact martine.koole@innovationquarter.nl as soon as possible. We aim to finalise plans shortly and spots are limited.
PS: A trade mission will also be organised alongside the RSA Conference, expected to open for registration in late January/early February. If you’re interested in attending this program (without a pod or RSA Conference participation), please inform Paul Coumans (paul.coumans@securitydelta.nl) to stay updated.
