Doing Business in the US? Join the Extended PIB Cybersecurity
Are you a scale-up company active in Cybersecurity and do want to enter the US market? Apply for the Partners for International Business (PIB) Cybersecurity U.S. programme 2025-2026. The existing programma is being extended for another two years.
Recent years have shown that a joint and structured approach pays off: Dutch cybersecurity companies have strengthened their position in the US, built valuable networks and created concrete business opportunities. To continue this growth, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) has allocated an additional budget of €250,000.
Proven success of PIB Cybersecurity U.S.
The PIB Cybersecurity U.S. programme has made significant progress in positioning Dutch cybersecurity companies in the US market. In the 2023 impact measurement, additional revenue of > €2.5 million was reported by participating companies. Since its launch in 2021, the programme has helped companies with market entry and business development in the US. Trade missions and participation in leading events such as the RSA Conference and HIMSS have led to valuable collaborations and commercial opportunities. Cluster members have signed multiple commercial and strategic agreements with organisations such as the Technology Advancement Center (Maryland), Department of Defense, Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and several private organisations in critical infrastructure.

Focus for 2025-2026
Over the next two years, the PIB focussus on:
- Cyber missions in the spring and autumn periods, focusing on regional ecosystems and business opportunities.
- B2B lead generation and matchmaking with strategic partners and potential customers.
- Workshops and training on international business in the US, including legal and HR aspects, such as sales and marketing.
- Active support from the Dutch embassy, consulates and NBSOs, with economic diplomacy playing a key role.
Intended missions in 2025:
- RSA Conference in San Francisco (April/May) -> register before 11 March, here
- Visit to FIC San Antonio and Austin (June)
- Cyber missions to Boston & New York (autumn)
