Dutch organisations active in digital security are being invited to strengthen their international profile by taking part in the Dutch Pavilion at InCyber Forum Europe in Lille (formerly FIC) from 30 March to 2 April 2026. The event offers a unique platform for companies and knowledge institutions seeking growth, collaboration, and visibility in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. Registration ends 15 January 2026.

The Dutch Pavilion is open to Dutch entrepreneurs and representatives of knowledge institutions working in cybersecurity. Participants will have the opportunity to position themselves within an international ecosystem focused on advancing a secure and resilient digital society.

Why You Should Not Miss This Event

The Pavilion will centre on the theme of ‘Cyber by Design’—the principle of integrating security from the outset rather than as an afterthought. Participation provides a valuable opportunity to:

  • Engage with key players in the cybersecurity industry

  • Expand professional networks and gain market insights

  • Present innovative solutions to an international audience

  • Explore strategic partnerships with both public and private stakeholders

For organisations looking to strengthen their international footprint, this event is an unmissable gateway to the European cybersecurity market.

What to Expect

Participants can look forward to a diverse and dynamic programme, including:

  • Inspiration and knowledge sharing: presentations, conferences, and business sessions on the latest cybersecurity developments

  • Networking opportunities: including a dedicated French–Dutch networking event

  • Visibility and publicity: exposure through InCyber Forum Europe and associated social media channels

  • Matchmaking: access to collective matchmaking sessions organised by the Dutch Embassy

Participation Options and Costs

Participants may choose from two options:

  • Individual desk: €2,250 (excl. VAT), including space for up to two representatives per organisation

  • Shared lounge space: €750 (excl. VAT)

Travel and accommodation costs are at the participant’s own expense. The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) cannot be held liable for any cancellation costs.

Registration

Interested organisations are encouraged to register before January 15th 2026. Spaces are limited, and participation will be assessed based on alignment with the thematic focus of the Dutch Pavilion. Registration is available via e-mail.

Organisers

The event is organised by the Dutch Embassy in Paris and the Netherlands Business Support Office (NBSO) in Lille, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), and Digital Holland (formerly Topsector ICT).
