In Q4 of 2020 Booz Allen Hamilton strengthened the HSD Community with their Premium Partnership. The organisations expansion to the Netherlands was already announced on 25 February 2020. Next to the partnership they have office at the HSD Campus.

Booz Allen is a global technology and management consulting firm. They employ more than 27,000 employees globally with expertise in analytics, digital solutions, engineering and cybersecurity. Founded in 1914 and headquartered in McLean, Virginia, the firm has more than 80 offices worldwide. Booz Allen employs continuous cyber innovation, sophisticated tradecraft, and top talent to deliver results. The organisations diverse clients span Fortune 100, Global 2000 companies, and nearly every U.S. federal and security agency. Based on a 2019 Frost & Sullivan report, Booz Allen is North America’s largest cybersecurity provider. Whether helping to understand and reduce risk posture or creating advanced algorithms to detect and stop attacks before they spread, Booz Allen supports its clients’ most critical cyber challenges.

For their commercial clients, they operate and focus on advanced cyber defence — an area with the most consequential cyber issues and the fewest available effective solutions.  At the helm of their practice are seasoned practitioners who served as CISOs and led clients through the most successful cyber transformations. Across all levels, Booz Allen Hamilton practitioners possess hard-earned cyber expertise. Booz Allen delivers a combination of deep technical practitioners and cyber-focused management consultants whose experience is unparalleled – “We know how cyber-attacks happen and how to defend against them.”, says Tony Gaidhane, Vice President, Head of EU and UK Commercial business, based in the Netherlands.

Why The Hague?

The cyber threats facing organisations today and the malicious actors’ intent on doing harm can reach beyond borders in increasingly sophisticated ways. The reason for Booz Allen to come to The Hague is that The Hague has established itself as a hub for cybersecurity in the region. Booz Allen is therefore proud to grow their global footprint with a talented security team in The Hague that will put regional expertise to work for clients, leveraging Booz Allen’s world class cyber tradecraft and building on their long tenure serving clients across Europe. Having an office at the HSD Campus completes the connection. “The HSD campus has been a great launching pad for our presence in the region as well as engaging with the cybersecurity community in The Hague and across the Netherlands.”
