4th Edition International Readiness Programme Globaliser Cybersecurity Concludes

The 4th edition of the Globaliser Cybersecurity, an internationalisation readiness programme dedicated to kickstarting the international expansion of (tech) scale-ups came to a close. This years participants were Keypasco, BlueFinch-ESBD Netherlands, SequriX, Talksome, Zolder and Fully In Control. On 7 december, the last session of the Globaliser Cybersecurity took place, where the 5 scale-ups presented their final International Growth Pitch to the group and the coaches.

About the Globaliser programme

The Globaliser Cybersecurity is a 12-week programme aimed at scale-ups in the cybersecurity field interested in growing internationally. They can use DutchBasecamp's tools, network and unique approach to build a solid strategy to internationalise. Activities during the programme include:

• Conducting a thorough target market analysis and identifying a validated beachhead market.
• Developing a GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy specific to the beachhead market and creating a market-entry playbook.
• Gaining access to an international network of experienced founders and relevant experts.
• Establishing a solid international roadmap that provides practical guidance for the next steps in the expansion journey.

With coaching, network and validation start-ups got the confidence to channel their precious resources into unfamiliar territories with conviction. Examples of lessons learned include the unique role Germany plays when it comes to internationalisation in Europe, why scale-ups should focus on their niche, and to only internationalise if it does not influence growth in the domestic market.

The Globaliser Cybersecurity is organised by Dutchbasecamp, InnovationQuarter and TIIN Capital, with the support of ECSO and Security Delta (HSD). Together, we are dedicated to help scale-ups with great potential to positively impact this industry on a global scale.
