Security Talent Platform

To provide insight into career and training opportunities within the security sector, Security Delta launched the securitytalent.nl platform in 2016. This platform offers an overview of job vacancies, internships, courses and training programmes for professionals and students and is updated continuously.  

In addition to the ‘job and training database’, the platform offers tips on career opportunities (career navigator), inspiring stories from professionals about their career paths, and useful tools for employers, such as labour market analyses and occupational profiles.  

Recently, three competency tools have been developed to help individuals find a profession that matches their competencies, to support organisations in identifying their competence needs, and a tool for selecting the best-fitting training and education for employers, HR professionals, and talent.

The competency identification tool for individuals is available on Security Talent. The tool aims to match jobseekers with vacancies based on their identified competencies. It can also support people in finding training programmes that enable them to acquire the competencies needed for their professional goals.
