HSD Advisory Board Welcomes Four New Members
We are pleased to announce four new members to our Advisory Board.
- Lokke Moerel, Professor of Global ICT Law at Tilburg University; Senior Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP; and member of the Dutch Cyber Security Council
- Michiel Zwinkels, Chief prosecutor (hoofdofficier van justitie van het Functioneel Parket) at Openbaar Ministerie.
- Adriaan van Dorp, Managing Director Security & Integrity Management, at ABN AMRO
- Rutger Leukfeldt, Director Centre of Expertise Cybersecurity (THUAS); Senior Researcher Cybercrime (NSCR); Professor Governing Cybercrime Leiden University
Diverse backgrounds
Our Advisory Board is composed to represent a diversity of insight and expertise. It includes representatives from government, industry, knowledge institutions, and education, all with diverse substantive backgrounds. They meet three times a year to advise the General Director on thematic programming involving the HSD Foundation and on the overall strategic direction of the Dutch security cluster.
The Advisory Board is now complete again after three members resigned at the beginning of 2023. All members were appointed in their personal capacity.
