Cybersecurity Trade Mission RSA Conference (US): Meet the Participants

From 23-28 April 2023, a Dutch delegation will join the cybersecurity trade mission to the RSA Conference & Exhibition in San Francisco: the largest cybersecurity conference in the world. The mission is organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), InnovationQuarter and Security Delta (HSD) and is part of the Roadmap Cybersecurity US 2020-2023: a multiyear programmatic approach to cybersecurity US, including the PIB VS.

On 5 April, a kick-off meeting took place with all participants. Delegation leader Peter Potman welcomed everyone for an official warm up and Sandra Pompe, Ka Keung Leung and Martine Koole announced the programme and unveiled the NL pavilion design.

Programme

The trade mission facilitates mutual acquaintance, knowledge sharing and collaboration. The programma includes a kick-off session at Consulate-General of the Netherlands, company visits, visit RSA Conference, several networking events, matchmaking programme and NL Talks.

Dutch Pavilion

For the third time, the Netherlands will also host a pavilion, where Dutch cybersecurity companies and organisations will presented their latest innovations and showed how they are future-proofing cybersecurity for the challenges ahead. The following organisations will be part of the pavilion: Attic Security, Awareways, BreachLock Inc, DTACT, DongIT, ON2IT Cybersecurity, PRODAFT and Ubiqu. Make sure to follow them and meet them at the RSAC booth #1061 (South Expo). The pavilion will be opened by HRH Prince Constantijn van Oranje, Special Envoy to Techleap.nl.

Roadmap Cybersecurity

The trade mission to San Francisco is part of the larger Roadmap Cybersecurity US 2020-2023.  The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dutch embassy and consulates, InnovationQuarter (IQ) and Security Delta (HSD) have initiated a Roadmap in 2021 and are fully committed to assisting companies doing business in the United States. The Roadmap Cybersecurity US 2020-2023 is a 'multiyear programmatic approach to cybersecurity US'. By joining forces companies can enter the US-cybersecurity market. The roadmap bundles existing activities aimed at the US-market and supplements them with new ones. The roadmap focuses on trade promotion, innovation, knowledge sharing and acquisition by looking into topics such as IoT, threat intelligence and data protection.
