About HSD Development Fund
The HSD Development Fund was established in July 2013 and aims to support businesses, knowledge institutions and governments to get through the phase between basic research and the development of a concept model, also known as ‘the Valley of Death’. The Fund is supported by the municipality of The Hague. Proposals are assessed by the city council of The Hague on their relevance to the security domain, the innovativeness of the ideas, the level of public-private collaboration, and their potential for creating additional market opportunities.
