EYE, Riscure, Fox-IT and Software Improvement Group Selected for SBIR (Phase 1) Automated Vulnerability Research and Crypto Communication

The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) selected EYE Control B.V., Riscure, Fox Crypto B.V. (Fox-IT) and Software Improvement Group (SIG) with their projects for testing the feasibility (phase 1) for the 2 different SBIR calls: Automated Vulnerability Research (AVR) and Crypto communication.

AVR focuses on automatically finding and repairing vulnerabilities in software. With an extra focus on vulnerabilities that have not been found and/or published before. Crypto communication is the applied form of cryptography in all forms of digital communication within different domains. Crypto communication makes it possible to send, store and process data securely. The selection was made after the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate (EZK) challenged entrepreneurs through an SBIR competition in 2021. In total 7 projects are selected. The other selected projects are from Tjaldur Software Governance Solutions, Linksight MPC and Groepspraktijk Ed Wender B.V.
