Email Bereikbaarheid HSD Office

Sinds vorige week wordt HSD aangevallen middels een mail bombing attack. Dit betekent dat HSD Office duizenden ‘spam’ mails binnenkrijgt en er spear fishing pogingen plaatsvinden. Deze pogingen weten we tot nu toe af te wenden: de kwaadwillenden zijn niet in onze systemen gekomen.

Met hulp van onze IT-provider en een gespecialiseerd cybersecurity bedrijf monitoren we de aanval continue en hebben we een aantal preventieve maatregelen getroffen om met deze situatie om te gaan.

Eén van deze maatregelen is dat tijdens het lange Hemelvaartsweekend alle inkomende mails door onze mailserver geblokt zijn. Vanaf maandag 18 mei wordt alleen mail doorgelaten van organisaties die wij zelf vertrouwen.

Email Contact HSD Office

Since last week, HSD has been the target of a mail bombing attack. This means that HSD Office is receiving thousands of ‘spam’ emails and that spear-phishing attempts are taking place. So far, we have managed to avert these attempts: the attackers have not gained access to our systems.

With the help of our IT provider and a cybersecurity company specialist, we are continuously monitoring the attack and have implemented a number of preventive measures to deal with this situation.

One of these measures is that, during the long 'Ascension Day' weekend, all incoming emails have been blocked by our mail server. From Monday 18 May, only emails from organisations that we trust will be allowed through.
