A delegation of over 41 Dutch cybersecurity organisations successfully concluded a dynamic mission to the RSA Conference 2026 in San Francisco. The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) coordinated this project in coordination with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Netherlands Consulate in San Francisco and InnovationQuarter.

Highlights of the Mission

The mission began with a kick-off meeting in the Dutch Consulate General in San Francisco. Consul-General Theo Peters, Anne Le Guellec, Director of International Enterprise Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ernst Noorman, Ambassador-at-large for Cyber Affairs of the Netherlands, welcomed the delegation, marking the start of a week focused on collaboration, innovation, and strengthening digital resilience. Dutch cybersecurity delegation also gathered for multiple sessions focused on international growth, GTM strategies, market insights, and scaling cybersecurity innovation globally. The programme brought together entrepreneurs, investors, and experts to share insights on market entry, growth strategy, and the evolving cybersecurity landscape.

NL Talks: Blended Threats and Blurred Lines

Building upon the strong cooperation between NL and US law enforcement agencies such as FBI and Dutch police, this talk brought together leading voices from government, law enforcement, academia, and industry for a timely discussion on how today’s threat landscape is evolving and what that means in practice.

A strong panel consisting of Brett Leatherman (Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), FBI Cyber Division), Stan Duijf (Politie Nederland), Matthijs van Amelsfort (Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC-NL), Allison Henry (University of California, Berkeley), and John Fokker (Trellix) shared how collaboration across borders is no longer optional, but essential to understanding and responding to hybrid threats.

Moderated by Madelein van der Hout, the conversation moved from daily operational challenges to broader developments shaping the field. From cybercrime to national security, the lines are increasingly blurred, and so are the responsibilities.

The Netherlands Pavilion

The Netherlands Pavilion was officially unveiled, marking the start of a dynamic week at RSA Conference in San Francisco. The opening ceremony, moderated by Consul General Theo Peters, brought together leaders from across the cybersecurity ecosystem on the occasion of the pavilion’s unveiling: Linda Gray Martin, Chief of Staff of RSAC and SVP at RSA Conference, Anne Le Guellec, Director of International Enterprise, at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Frits Grotenhuis, Director at Digital Holland, Lars Crama, CEO at InnovationQuarter. Together, they underscored the importance of international collaboration, cyber resilience, and responsible innovation in strengthening global digital security.

Throughout the week, the Netherlands Pavilion served as a hub for companies, industry leaders, investors, and policymakers to connect, exchange ideas, and build lasting partnerships.

A joint presence at RSA Conference helps position the Netherlands as a credible and well-connected cybersecurity ecosystem, while enabling companies to learn from each other and present themselves collectively on an international stage.

New innovations launched by HSD partners

During the 2026 RSA Conference, two HSD premium partners unveiled new cybersecurity innovations aimed at strengthening global cyber resilience. Cyemptive Technologies introduced its Umbrella Fortress, a platform designed to track cyberattacks and data exfiltration across globally dispersed network infrastructures. At the same time, SecureMe2 launched Cyberalarm ATLAS, a solution focused on delivering total network visibility for organisations.

Cyemptive’s Umbrella Fortress is the industry’s first platform purpose-built to track and trace cyber operations worldwide. Designed for government agencies and operators of critical infrastructure, the platform enables organisations to identify reconnaissance activity, command-and-control coordination and other early indicators of cyber operations before disruptions occur. By detecting these signals at an early stage, the system helps protect essential services such as power grids, transportation systems, financial networks and healthcare infrastructure.

SecureMe2’s Cyberalarm ATLAS introduces a powerful solution for achieving full network visibility. The platform provides organisations with 100% network visibility, application recognition, segmentation validation and geo-connectivity insights. Without requiring additional software installations or agents, it enables CISOs to easily monitor real network usage and ensure policy compliance. Using a specialised sensor that deeply analyses network metadata, Cyberalarm ATLAS reveals exactly what is happening across all connected devices, including IoT and OT environments, identifying active applications, geographic connections and specific website types at the endpoint level.

We congratulate both partners on the successful launch of these new innovations and look forward to seeing their impact on strengthening cybersecurity capabilities worldwide!
