Key Findings HSD Partner Survey
As HSD Office, we highly value assessing whether we are still on track and whether our efforts continue to align with our partners' needs. That is why we conducted a partner satisfaction survey among our premium and network partners. With a positive outcome: partners have rated the HSD activities & programmes with an average of 7,5, underlining our added value.
The survey provided insightful information about the way our partners make use of the services of HSD, areas for improvement and input for our strategic course. A wide variety of partners from knowledge institutions, businesses, and government were among the respondents. An interesting insight: our partners make use the most of activities regarding knowledge development, networking and marketing opportunities.
Points of improvement
Feedback on how to improve our services were related to giving more insight in market developments, creating more matchmaking opportunities and to give a better overview of community events and HSD services. In addition, partners addressed that they want to get a better view on the Talent activities and how these are beneficial for them. Overall, they concluded that with these improvements the partnerships can grow even stronger.
Actions
The outcome of the survey will be used as input for the new multi-year strategy 2026-2030, to prioritise our deployment, improve our services and optimise the collaboration with our partners.
