Unique Opportunity to Meet IT Students from The Hague during Haagse ICT-Carrièredag 2026!

The next edition of the 'Haagse ICT-Carrièredag’ takes place on 21 april 2026! Talent will be key during this day in the ADO Bingoal Stadium, as the goal of the event is to offer businesses and organisations from the region (South-Holland) a unique opportunity to meet IT students from The Hague that are exploring their potential career paths.

Throughout the day, different streams of insightful sessions will be organised by The Hague University of Applied Sciences and many partners. The Haagse ICT-Carrièredag offers a wealth of opportunities for companies, as on this day you, as a company, will have the chance to:

• Host a knowledge session

• Become a member of the Dutch Innovation Community

• Discover which student profiles best fit your organisation

• Connect with MBO and HBO students

• Learn which IT profiles the educational institutions train for

• Gain insight into the internship and graduation requirements set by the programmes

• Network with other companies from the region

• Share knowledge and gain new insights

HSD

Security Delta (HSD) will also be present with its own stand to give insight into possible security career paths, and promote its talent platform: www.SecurityTalent.nl. This website hosts a selection of internships, training programmes, vacancies and education possibilities by HSD partners.

Organisation

This will be the third edition of the event, organised by the Dutch Innovation Community and The Hague University of Applied Sciences. The career day contributes to the ambition of ‘IT Verband Zuid-Holland’ (ITVZH) coalition, an initiative of WE-IT Zuid-Holland (The Hague University of Applied Science), Dutch Innovation Factory, IT Campus Rotterdam, and Security Delta (HSD). Their multi-year programme focuses on enhancing IT education, training, and fostering collaboration between businesses and educators, ensuring a steady flow of skilled IT professionals for SMEs in the region.
