Talent Survey on Wellbeing within the Cybersecurity Sector

The Municipality of The Hague has been investing in the development of the cybersecurity sector for many years. To ensure the sector remains future-proof, it is vital to look not only at technological developments but also at the wellbeing of the professionals working within it. After all, those who work every day to safeguard our digital environment play a crucial role. That is why a study is conducted into the well-being within the cybersecurity sector.

This survey is specifically designed for cybersecurity professionals. By completing the wellbeing survey, you can contribute to a better understanding of the challenges and needs among professionals in the field and how to support and retain talent in cybersecurity organisations. The results will support the development of targeted measures, such as tailored training and effective support policies. Note: participants can win a gift voucher of 50 euros!
