Are you an entrepreneur, startup, scale-up, or student with an innovative idea that can help address global challenges? The twelfth edition of The Hague Innovators Awards 2026 is now open for applications.

In a world facing increasingly complex challenges such as climate change, the energy transition, urban safety, and food security, innovative and scalable solutions are more important than ever. The Hague Innovators Awards support impact-driven entrepreneurs and students in developing solutions that contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future.

The programme

Selected participants will take part in an eight-week programme starting on 23 September 2026, combining training sessions, coaching, and networking opportunities. The journey concludes with a finale on 10 or 12 November 2026 (to be confirmed), where finalists pitch their ideas to a jury including partners such as Rabobank, DOEN Participaties, Unknown Group, and Innovation Quarter.

The programme consists of approximately 30-40 hours of activities, including pitch training, business model development, one-on-one coaching, and networking events within The Hague’s innovation ecosystem. Participants gain access to the ImpactCity network and receive tailored training based on their registration, such as pitch training for startups and business model canvas training for students. They will also take part in personalised coaching sessions with experienced partners, connect with both emerging and established entrepreneurs in The Hague, and visit key innovation hubs across the city.

In addition, participants benefit from media exposure, professional video production, and opportunities to engage with platforms such as Scale Your Impact and ImpactFest, where they can connect with international investors and partners. The programme also includes media appearances, such as a radio interview on Den Haag FM. Overall, the programme offers a unique opportunity to develop ideas, expand networks, and showcase innovations on prominent stages, increasing both visibility and impact.
