Join the RSA Conference 2026 in San Francisco and be part of NL Pavillion
Are you active in the cybersecurity market? Would you like to expand your network in the United States? Then join the trade mission to the RSA Conference in San Francisco from March 22 - March 27, 2026. Here, you will discover the latest innovations and have the opportunity to establish valuable new connections. The American cybersecurity market is the largest in the world, and the RSA Conference in San Francisco is one of the most prominent and influential events in the field. Each year, tens of thousands of professionals, policymakers, and technology companies gather to exchange knowledge and insights.
For the upcoming edition, InnovationQuarter will host an NL Pavilion, organised in collaboration with the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the Top Sector ICT, and the Ministry of Defence. During the conference, the pavilion will serve as a home base and meeting point for all participants. Participants also have the option to rent their own stand within the pavilion. This provides a representative space to meet international contacts and, for example, test your product or proposition in the U.S. market.
Why participate?
Taking part in the trade mission offers many benefits:
- Expanded network: broaden your international contacts. Meet American and international professionals, policymakers, investors, and other key decision-makers.
- Market insight: gain an understanding of trends, policy priorities, and technological developments.
- Visibility: position your company within the Dutch collective and strengthen your international profile.
- Information: learn more about the priorities of the Ministry of Defence. Discover how the Cyber Innovation Hub collaborates with businesses and knowledge institutions on innovations within the cyber domain.
- Collaboration: strengthen your connections within the Dutch delegation and explore opportunities for potential partnerships.
Programme
The mission programme is still under development and will be finalised based on the registrations. The Ministry of Defence’s Cyber Innovation Hub will also participate and contribute to the programme content. You may expect the following elements:
-
A mission programme outside the conference opening hours, complementing your independent exhibition visit.
-
A substantive session with the Ministry of Defence’s Cyber Innovation Hub, explaining their working methods, collaborations with businesses and knowledge institutions, and key themes within the cyber domain.
-
Guided exhibition tours, during which participants are introduced to other exhibitors.
-
Networking events, such as a welcome reception and a gathering at the NL Pavilion.

Participation in the NL Pavilion
The NL Pavilion on the RSA Conference exhibition floor represents the collective Dutch presence at this leading cybersecurity event. Renting a stand space provides a professional environment to meet international relations, engage with peers and potential partners, and test your product or proposition in the US market. All practical arrangements, from stand construction and promotion to catering, are taken care of for you. Participation costs €4,500 and includes:
-
A fully equipped stand space
-
Several networking moments at the NL Pavilion
-
Local support
Please note that only a limited number of stand spaces is available. If you do not wish to participate with a stand but would still like increased visibility, a new option this year is to contribute as a logo sponsor. For €750, your company logo will be prominently displayed on the stand and included in the communications about the NL Pavilion.
