ImpactCity presents: The Hague Innovators Awards 2025

In an increasingly complex and interconnected world, challenges like energy transition, urban safety, climate change, and food security demand innovative, scalable solutions. Students, startups, and scale-ups are therefore empowered to further develop inventions for a brighter future through ImpactCity's 'Hague Innovators Awards'! More than just a contest, these awards serve as a starting point for innovators while competing for prizes up to €15,000! The Hague Innovators help spark practical change where it's most needed—in our towns and communities—by highlighting new ideas and sustainable innovations.

The Hague Innovators Awards challenge startups, scale-ups, and students to develop creative solutions for global challenges based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each year, selected nominees receive expert guidance, pitch training, and access to an influential impact network. The five-week journey ends at ImpactFest, where finalists pitch their ideas to a jury consisting of their partners, such as Rabobank, DOEN Participations, Unknown Group, and Innovation Quarter, and compete for prizes up to €15,000! The awards are all about accelerating innovation for a better, more sustainable world.

What can you win?

• Best Innovator Award €15.000: This prize is meant for impact startups and scale-ups in The Hague. The winner will be selected by an expert jury.
• Audience Award €2.500: This prize is meant for impact startups and scale-ups in The Hague.The winner will be selected by the audience.
• Future Innovator Award €3.500: This prize is meant for student impact entrepreneurs in The Hague. The winner will be selected by an expert jury.
