Paris Call for Security and Trust in Cyberspace
During Paris Digital Week, 51 countries signed the Paris Call for Trust and Security in Cyberspace. The Netherlands is among one of these countries. A myriad of private and public organisations, including a number of HSD Partners, also expressed their support.
The Paris Call for Security and Trust in Cyberspace acknowledges the threats of cyberspace and outlines common principles under which collaboration between States, companies, public organisations, and knowledge institutions take place. Those who support the Paris Call aim to put a stop to the growing number of cybercriminal activity and protect critical infrastructure. Together, this should strengthen the international standards for cyberspace.
Among the HSD Partners who support the Paris Call for Security and Trust in Cyberspace are:
- Bitdefender
- Cisco,
- KPN
- Nokia
- IBM
- Siemens
- TÜV SÜD
- Global EPIC
- Thales
- The Hague Center of Strategic Studies
The Hague Security Delta is in complete support of the call in solidarity with its partners.
Digital Affairs Ambassador David Martinon calls out to everyone to support the Paris Call for Security and Trust in Cyberspace with the hashtag #ParisCall.
