HSD Community BBQ: Introducing New Partners and Tenants
On Thursday 03 July, the HSD Community BBQ occurred at the HSD Campus, a vibrant summer-themed networking event inspired by a tropical Hawaiian atmosphere. Attendees enjoyed sunny weather, a delicious BBQ, and lively music from a live DJ, creating an engaging environment filled with positive energy and meaningful conversations.
The event officially welcomed new HSD partners and tenants:
- Atos
- Cyemptive Technologies (also a new tenant)
- OT-secure
- App Inspector (tenant)
- Rijks ICT Gilde (tenant)
These organisations bring a wide range of expertise to the Dutch security cluster, from digital transformation and cyber insurance innovation to OT resilience, app security, automation, and public sector IT excellence.
After a warm welcome by the HSD Campus manager, Nabile, and Security Delta’s Community manager, Netania, the new partners and tenants stepped up to the soapbox stage for their two-minute pitches. Each gave a brief introduction, sharing their mission and what they bring to the HSD ecosystem. It was a unique moment to connect, discover potential collaborations, and align ambitions. After the pitches, everybody moved to the courtyard of the HSD campus for the community BBQ.
"Our ecosystem is constantly evolving as new partners and tenants come on board. It’s inspiring to see how this growing network of dedicated security professionals collaborates to tackle today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. By combining our strengths, expertise, and resources, we drive meaningful innovation and build a more resilient and secure society—together."
— Joris den Bruinen, General Director, Security Delta (HSD)
Meet the New Partners and Tenants
Atos Group is a global leader in digital transformation, operating in 68 countries with around 72,000 employees and €10 billion in annual revenue. Through its two brands—Atos for digital services and Eviden for digital products—the Group provides AI-powered, end-to-end solutions across all industries, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, cloud computing, and high-performance computing.
With a mission to rewrite the rules of cyber defense, Cyemptive Technologies has now landed in The Hague at the HSD Campus, using the Netherlands as its strategic launchpad into Europe. Cyemptive enables insurers to command the cyber underwriting process, improving their customers’ cyber risk profile. Their solutions identify known and unknown threats that can trigger ransomware attacks, eliminating claim volatility and providing a distinct underwriting advantage in the marketplace.
OT-secure provides a platform that enables manufacturing companies to quickly gain insight into the cyber resilience of their Operational Technology (OT) environment. Through a single assessment, the platform identifies risks in clear, understandable language and offers location-specific recommendations for improvement. This allows organisations to take immediate action to reduce the risk of downtime, production loss, and reputational damage, without the need for expensive consultants or long lead times.
App Inspector provides users with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions that protect their privacy and digital security. The initiative also aims to build a community of like-minded individuals and raise awareness about the security of mobile applications.
Finally, at Rijks ICT Gilde (RIG), tech consultants with diverse expertise contribute to data, AI, software, and security challenges that help shape the Netherlands of tomorrow. These specialists are deployed on a project basis to support meaningful and essential IT initiatives across the central government. By working across departments, they gain access to the right networks for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and the smart reuse of techniques and solutions.
It was a great success, and we look forward to a strong and beneficial collaboration with our new partners and tenants!
