Compumatica Secure Networks Joins Security Delta (HSD) as a Premium Partner!
Compumatica Secure Networks has joined Security Delta (HSD) as a premium partner! Imagine a world where trust is not promised, but built. Where security is not an added layer, but the foundation of every design. That is what Compumatica has stood for over the past decades: a 100% Dutch security company that develops and manufactures in the Netherlands, delivering solutions that remain reliable precisely when it matters most. With their new slogan ’’Cybersecurity with a personal touch’’ they point out that customers are their first priority.
Compumatica started in the early 1990s as a pioneer in IT security. The real leap forward came when they moved from integration to building their own solutions: a proprietary crypto line that evolved into CryptoGuard. Since its first deployment at the Ministry of Justice and Security, Compumatica have continued to build on one promise: Dutch cryptographic technology that performs at scale and under pressure. In 2025, the latest CryptoGuard software (Payload 2.0) was approved, enabling future deliveries to government once again, after years of development and evaluation. And they do not do this alone; as a member and premium partner within the Dutch security community, a.o. via HSD, Compumatica collaborates with government bodies, agencies, knowledge institutes and industry.
Now, as one of the few specialists in encryption in the Netherlands, Compumatica contribute proactively to knowledge and expertise, collaborating with government, agencies and institutes such as TNO and universities. This strengthens both national capabilities and international competitiveness. The next step is already visible: quantum security and further strengthening of OT security. Not as hype, but as preparation for emerging threats.
Advanced encryption and security expertise for a resilient digital future
Compumatica is both a manufacturer (hardware and software) and reseller of products and services that ensure the security of “data at rest” and “data in transit”, often through encryption. The portfolio includes Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems, crypto boxes, OT firewalls/data diodes, stateful firewalls and VPN solutions. They play an active strategic role within the National Cyber Security cluster, contributing to the digital resilience of the Netherlands through collaboration with government, critical infrastructure and private partners. Its expertise in encryption, network security and data integrity enables organisations to protect sensitive information and ensure continuity, especially in scenarios impacting national security.
The company adheres to the highest standards in information security, with certifications from Dutch and European authorities, including AIVD, NATO and European standardisation bodies. These certifications ensure reliability, integrity and privacy protection, reinforcing Compumatica’s position as a trusted partner for critical applications.
HSD Community
Compumatica has been in contact with HSD for quite some time as CEO, Frank Voskeuil, was involved in HSD’s founding through a previous role at KPMG. Compumatica is a 100% Dutch, independent manufacturer and reseller of security solutions, focusing on encryption. With offices in the Netherlands and Germany, they develop high-security solutions with reliability, usability and integration in mind. Their products are certified at Dutch, EU and NATO levels and serve governments and critical infrastructure globally.
They have now joined HSD as a premium partner as security transcends individual business interests. Membership provides access to a valuable network and allows us to contribute to national discussions.
Collaborations
Compumatica collaborates with a wide range of organisations, including end clients, strategic partners such as NTT Data, ProximusNXT, ABB and SPIE, as well as suppliers within the crypto industry. In addition, the company works closely with government initiatives such as the National Encryption Strategy, intelligence and security services, industry organisations like CVNL and HSD, knowledge institutes including TNO and universities, and various development agencies, innovation hubs, start-ups and scale-ups.
Compumatica is continuously seeking new collaborations, both nationally and internationally, with a strong focus on Europe. Current areas of interest include quantum security and OT security, particularly in the fields of industrial firewalls and data diode technologies.
Ambitions
Compumatica aims to further strengthen its foundation both domestically and internationally, while continuing to expand its presence across Europe. A key ambition is to achieve sustainable growth within strategic markets, with a particular focus on countries that lack a strong domestic cryptographic industry. At the same time, the company is committed to maintaining its long-standing relevance over the next 20 years, especially for government clients and critical public sector organisations.
By continuously innovating and anticipating future security challenges, Compumatica seeks not only to support its existing clients, but also to expand its role within Dutch and broader European governmental institutions.
