CFLW Strengthens Ties with Security Delta by Becoming Premium Partner
In May 2025, CFLW proudly advanced from Network Partner to Premium Partner of Security Delta (HSD). This marks a major milestone in the organisation’s strategic growth and commitment to collaborative innovation in cybersecurity.
CFLW has chosen to increase its involvement in the HSD ecosystem following five years of active participation. HSD, as the largest security cluster in the Netherlands with an international presence and exposure, is often approached by international delegations and activities that are usually directly relevant to CFLW. "Our mission is directly aligned with HSD's national influence and international presence for example in Taiwan," says CFLW Director Mark van Staalduinen. "As a global provider of cyber intelligence, we are building an international network—HSD is essential in accelerating that process."
In addition to the international ambitions, the national activities in close cooperation with the HSD Campus are important for a lively and active landing place at a strategic location in The Hague. "Many of our partners expressed their appreciation to meet at HSD, for various reasons, including The Hague as a great city to organise events."
Finally, the strategic connections with government, from the Municipality of The Hague to the relevant ministries and agencies in The Hague and other HSD partners, are crucial to maintain close ties through the programmes developed by HSD.
One example of CFLW’s impact is its involvement in Operation Stream, a global law enforcement action against "Kidflix", a dark web video streaming platform distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Through its Dark Web Monitor technology, CFLW contributed to this joint operation, which resulted in:
- 39 children being safeguarded
- 1,393 suspects identified,
- 79 arrests across 35 countries,
- Over 91,000 unique CSAM videos seized.
"These results reflect the daily efforts behind our technology,’’ adds van Staalduinen. "It demonstrates our technological expertise, operational experience, and co-creation approach with partners such as Bavarian Central Office for the Prosecution of Cybercrime, TNO, TU Delft, Iknaio Cryptoasset Analytics and many others."
As advanced technologies such as the Dark Web, decentralised cryptography, artificial intelligence (AI), and crypto-assets advance, CFLW continues to provide strategic insights and operational solutions to tackle difficult cybersecurity problems. The organisation can scale its impact locally, nationally, and globally by joining HSD as a Premium Partner.
