Economic Affairs and Climate Minister Micky Adriaansens has announced that the Cyber Resilience Subsidy will also be available in 2023 for cyber resilience projects by collaborating organisations. This grant encourages private-public partnerships to implement plans that enhance digital resilience against cyber attacks within industries and regions in a sustainable manner. The 'Strengthening Cyber Resilience' grant scheme encourages companies in non-vital sectors to collaborate on cyber resilience.

An amount of 800,000 euros will be made available to the best project plans aimed at increasing the cyber resilience of companies in the Netherlands. The maximum support per project is 200,000 euros. The Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) will ensure the implementation of this subsidy.

The Cyber Resilience Subsidy aims to promote the creation of new cyber resilience networks and support existing ones. Within these networks, entrepreneurs work together with other organisations to increase the cyber resilience of companies, both in and between non-vital industries, sectors and regions in the Netherlands.

Since the launch of the subsidy round in 2018, 31 collaborative projects have been funded.
