2020 Conference on Cyber Norms | Moving Forward: Fragmentation, Polarization and Hybridity in Cyberspace
From 10-12 November 2020, The Hague Program for Cyber Norms, a research program at Leiden University, will be organizing its third annual conference, this time online.
The program includes keynotes by Madeline Carr (Professor of Global Politics and Cyber Security, University College London), Milton Mueller (Professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology, School of Public Policy), Bruce Schneier (Security Technologist), and Mariarosaria Taddeo (Senior Researcher Fellow, Oxford Internet Institute & Deputy Director of the Digital Ethics Lab).
In addition, there will be six panel sessions: 'Unsettling the grand-narratives of cyberspace', 'International cyber order in the making', 'Information warfare, emerging technologies, and military strategies', 'Digital and cyber sovereignty at crossroads', ''How it applies': international law and responsible state behaviour in cyberspace' and 'Toward inclusion: the global governance of cyber norms'.
