Are you working in a cyber resilience network with other organisations to improve cyber resilience within and between non-vital branches, sectors and regions? The Digital Trust Centre provides subsidy to groups of companies in non-vital sectors that wish to cooperate in the field of cybersecurity via the Cyber Resilience Programme.

The agreement gives cyber resilience networks the opportunity to work on increasing the cyber resilience of enterprises. In a cyber resilience network, entrepreneurs work with other organisations on the enhancement of cyber resilience within and between non-vital branches, sectors and regions.

Enterprises that are active in vital sectors are welcome to participate in the network. These enterprises may not be the target group of this subsidy agreement, but with their knowledge and expertise, the chance of success can be increased.

Budget

The ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate has made a sum of € 1,000,000 available. The maximum sum of support per project is € 200,000. Read more about the costs that apply for subsidy.

Options to cooperate

There are two options for cooperation:

  1. Multiple enterprises create a cyber resilience plan together. A coordinator then applies for subsidy on behalf of the individual companies. The coordinator is one of the participants in the cooperation. The cooperation, in this case, consists of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 participants. The goal is to look after the interests of enterprises that are not active in vital sectors.
  2. A cooperation with a legal entity (such as a foundation) that has the goal of looking after the interests of cyber resilience of non-vital enterprises is also eligible to apply for subsidy. The foundation is the recipient of the subsidy. Cooperation with at least 2 enterprises is obligated. Which enterprises they are and what role they have, has to be described in the cyber resilience plan.
