Registration for the International Cyber Security Summer School 2026 is Now Open!

Since 2015, HSD has successfully organised and hosted ten editions of the International Cyber Security Summer School (ICSSS). The 11^th edition of the ICSSS will take place from 16 to 21 August 2026. During this week, students and young professionals will broaden their knowledge about cyber security and will get the chance to partake in a wide array of lectures and challenges on the most current issues and topics in the field of cyber security.

Cyber security issues and opportunities will be explored from public, private, technical, legal and policy perspectives to create a broad and engaging programme. This allows students to not only develop their knowledge of the topics they are already familiar with, but also be introduced to contemporary cyber security topics that they do not yet have any knowledge on, thus widening their professional skillset.

Topics covered during the programme will include but are not limited to, Dutch cyber landscape (and beyond), OT and IT, Supply Chain, Generative AI, Cybercrime, Digital Forensics, and Quantum Cryptography. Lectures and challenges will be given by prominent organisations in the cybersecurity industry such as Europol and the NATO Communications and Information Agency.

Please keep in mind that registering is no guarantee you will be able to participate. We receive hundreds of applications and are limited to 60 students. Make sure to register on time, as registration closes 17 May!
