Data Transform Act, or DTACT, has become a premium partner of Security Delta (HSD). DTACT, a Dutch software company, was established to transform threat intelligence and cybersecurity operations. Today, DTACT provides an innovative,  and AI-powered approach for organisations to interact with their data, enabling them to make the right decisions when it matters most.

RAVEN, a data and systems Fusion platform, is built to deliver immediate and holistic insights and is at the core of their product line.

DTACT’s solution portfolio provides real-time actionable intelligence and quick deployment to clients in a variety of industries, including defence, National- and Cyber Security including protection of Critical Infrastructure and providing a holistic situational understanding and automation suite of Operations Centres. There are multiple strategic alignments, thanks to its transparent fixed pricing model and scalable and open architecture.

From Data Challenges to Impact

The three main pillars of DTACT's work are:

  • Define the desired Impact: working closely with government and strategic customers to understand what needs to be achieved, how fast, and especially why.
  • Define the required holistic Insights (to deliver Impact): design a holistic and layered covered space merging virtual, physical, and cognitive dimension to get to a situational understanding and recommendations to be able to deliver Impact: this includes configuring a plan to balance human driven or state-of-the-art AI and ML capabilities to get there.
  • Define the necessary system and data Fusion (to deliver Insights): configure instant fusion of systems and data sources into a virtual ‘single-source-of-truth’ data Mesh, making systems and silo’s instantly interoperable.

International conferences, trade missions, and DTACT's involvement in the Partners in Business (PIB) programme were the first ways that the two organisations interacted with HSD. It was a logical step for DTACT to become a premium partner since they recognise the benefits of the open communication, information exchange, and talent acquisition that HSD promotes.

Collaboration with HSD

DTACT delivers complete agnostic technology and sees all other technology and cybersecurity providers as potential partners in creating a safer and secure society rather than rivals. They can access the following through HSD:

  • Industry projects and beneficial collaboration opportunities
  • A strong ecology for knowledge sharing
  • The Security Talent Platform from HSD
  • Enhanced brand awareness

In return, DTACT contributes deep technical expertise, particularly in integrating the responsible use of AI, machine learning, and sovereign data and system Fusion principles. Notably, DTACT prides itself on achieving its unique "Time to Impact"—deploying enterprise-ready solutions and especially Impact within just 24 hours or days.

To date, DTACT has strategic alliances or worked with a range of organisations, including:

  • National Cybersecurity Agencies
  • Defence
  • Defence manufacturers
  • Institutional Courts
  • Providers of Critical Infrastructure

Vision and Social Impact

With various government entities as a major partner, DTACT hopes to strengthen its position within the Dutch and European government space going forward and to offer a European alternative for various traditional Big-Tech players.

However, DTACT's social objective is what makes it unique. The organisation promotes neurodiverse employees as a source of creativity and creative problem-solving, and at least half of their team is neurodiverse. DTACT actively promotes the importance of diverse cognitive viewpoints to other organisations.

"Neurodiversity fosters more creative and sophisticated problem-solving. We build with inclusivity, not just talk about it.

By combining technical prowess with a forward-thinking, human-centred approach, DTACT's integration into the HSD security cluster enhances the cybersecurity ecosystem's collective intelligence.
