Hackerteam KPN Wins World Championship Global Cyberlympics

Ethical hackers of KPN (Sector C) are the winners of this year's Global Cyberlympics. The ethical hackerteam defeated 130 other hackerteams and won the 9-hour lasting final round in Atlanta (America). 

 

The Global Cyberlympics is a prestigious international cybersecurity competition in the areas of ethical hacking, computernetworks, and forensic research. The international online hacking competition is aimed at improving the level of national cyber security and strengthening international cooperation.

 

Last year, the finals of the Global Cyberlympics were held during the Cyber Security Week 2017, where the Netherlands team Hack.ERS won. Read last year's article.
