Hard to find cyber security talent? Want to talk to entrepreneurial students and young professionals with a strong interest in Cyber Security? Or would you like the input from challenging issues within your own organization? Join to the International Cyber Security Summer School (ICSSS 2020) Human Resource event on 26 August 2020 or read more about applying for a challenge ownership during the ICSSS!

From 23 until 28 August 2020 the International Cyber Security Summer School will take place in The Hague for the sixth time. In this week 60 participants (Master students, PhD-candidates and young professionals) with relevant backgrounds in IT, Governance or Law will get the latest insights in cyber security from NATO, Europol, EY, Leiden University and the Dutch Innovation Factory.

The participants will be selected based on their backgrounds and motivation to participate from a large number of applicants. For a factsheet of last year’s Summer School, have a look at the ICSSS website http://www.summerschoolcybersecurity.org.

Challenging assignment

During the summer school, participants will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best experts in the field about the latest developments and cutting-edge cyber security technologies that exist today and will work on challenges. A challenge is an assignment that a group of participants will work on. Challenges are related to a current cyber security problem and a problem owning organization (public or private) that is available for questions at set times during the week. For this year’s program, we have room for new challenges from interested and relevant organizations.

Human Resource event

On Wednesday evening 26 August 2020, an HR event will take place where all of the ICSSS partners, and other relevant organizations, can present themselves and career opportunities within their organization. The session will involve presentations and question answering.
