AdversIQ B.V. has joined Security Delta (HSD) as a premium partner! Headquartered in the heart of cybersecurity, The Hague, Netherlands, the company is building a European sovereign platform combining continuous digital Supply Chain Resilience Management (SCRM) and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI).

Fixing the accountability-paradox

In an era where 75% of software supply chains face attacks annually and only 30% of organisations know whether additional suppliers operate behind their vendors, visibility into increasingly layered digital dependencies is limited. At the same time, regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, DORA and the Cyber Resilience Act increase accountability, but regulation alone does not create the technical capability needed to act on it. This creates a paradox: organisations   can't manage what they cannot see, but they are held accountable for it anyway.

For many European organisations, dependence on non-EU infrastructure adds another layer to this paradox. AdversIQ provides a regulatory-aligned SCRM-CTI solution hosted entirely within the EU, independent of non-EU laws such as the US CLOUD Act.

From paperwork to real-time risk awareness

Traditional vendor risk management relies on periodic compliance checks. A supplier may be assessed at the start of the year, while ownership, infrastructure or jurisdiction can change months later, sometimes with significant legal and security implications. An organisation may contract a marketing platform, while the underlying service actually relies on an entirely different cloud provider. If that infrastructure fails, the service fails, even though no direct contract exists.

By continuously mapping supply-chain dependencies, AdversIQ assesses sovereignty, jurisdiction and threat actor exposure across the ecosystem. Combined with cyber threat intelligence, this insight enables organisations to identify vulnerabilities and act before incidents occur.

Mischa van Geelen, Founder AdversIQ: "We are not building a traditional governance or compliance platform. Instead, our ambition is to become a European “intelligence backbone”, providing situational awareness across digital ecosystems rather than producing static compliance documentation. Drawing on years of incident response, offensive security testing and forensic investigation experience, the team focuses on understanding both how attackers operate and how organisations are technically structured, allowing risks to be analysed in operational rather than purely administrative terms."

Joining the HSD community

Mischa first connected with Security Delta during the 2013 ONE Conference and recognised the value of collaboration within the cybersecurity community. For AdversIQ, a Premium Partnership with HSD represents more than visibility. It provides access to complementary expertise across the ecosystem and strengthens engagement with the international network in The Hague.

“The sense of community within HSD strongly appealed to us. It offers a valuable platform to advance understanding of structural supply chain risk and to engage with organisations and national delegations on the need for continuous visibility.”

A growing challenge for the sector

One of the major issues AdversIQ sees in cybersecurity is the false sense of control organisations often have over their environments. Many know their direct suppliers but lack insight into the layers beneath them. Research from 2024 indicates only around 30% of organisations know whether additional suppliers operate behind their vendors. As digital infrastructures grow more complex, technical visibility becomes harder to maintain. AdversIQ is designed to restore that visibility.
