ABISS NL Breda: Opportunities for SMEs in Digital Transformation
On Thursday, October 30, Breepark in Breda will host the first Dutch edition of ABISS NL – The Dutch Intersection 4 Smart Industrial Interconnection. This one-day event focuses on the digital, smart, and connected industry, providing companies with a clear roadmap to embrace digital transformation. Security Delta (HSD) is proud to be an endorsing partner of the event.
Practical Insights for SMEs and Industry
ABISS NL offers visitors hands-on knowledge, best practices, and inspiration across three main themes:
- Industry of Things
- Intelligence of Things
- Security of Things
Across 7 neutral Expert Classes, participants can explore new technologies, process digitalisation, automation opportunities, and cybersecurity solutions. Additionally, 45 technology partners will be present to share their expertise and answer questions from attendees.

The Cyber Resilience Centre Manufacturing South Holland (CWM) will be present at ABISS NL to share knowledge on cyber resilience and digital transformation. Josephine van Luik, Community Manager at CWM, will lead a session as part of the Expert Classes programme.
In her session, Josephine will demonstrate why collaboration across the supply chain is essential. Participants will learn how organisations can jointly take responsibility for digital security, why a strong cybersecurity foundation is crucial before advanced tools can deliver impact, and how regulations such as NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act can be leveraged as opportunities rather than burdens.
Focus on SMEs
ABISS NL is designed not only for large enterprises but also for SMEs, which often lag in digitalisation and cybersecurity. The event allows them to access in one day knowledge and insights that normally require months of orientation and research.
As an endorsing partner, Security Delta (HSD) supports ABISS NL’s mission to transform Dutch industry into a connected, data-driven, and cyber-secure leader.
