Jaarvergadering / Annual Meeting 2021

Beste HSD-partner,

Wij nodigen u uit voor de jaarvergadering van Security Delta (HSD).

De jaarvergadering zal op de HSD Campus worden georganiseerd, maar u kunt er ook voor kiezen om online aanwezig te zijn. Deze jaarvergadering vloeit voort uit onze statuten en de contractafspraken richting al onze partners. Daarnaast hechten wij uiteraard grote waarde aan uw visie op de toekomst van onze organisatie.

Tijdens deze jaarvergadering kunt u als HSD-partner een algemeen oordeel geven over het gevoerde beleid en kunt u inspraak uitoefenen op het jaarplan 2022. U ontvangt hiervoor voorafgaand aan de vergadering per email het concept jaarplan.

Datum   : Donderdag 25 november 2021

Tijd       : 16.00 uur - 17.00 uur

Locatie  : HSD Campus (Indien u online aanwezig bent, ontvangt u twee dagen van tevoren een inloglink.)

Corona maatregelen

HSD volgt de landelijke overheidsrichtlijnen met betrekking tot Corona. Dit betekent dat we u bij aankomst op de HSD Campus vragen om uw Corona toegangsbewijs of negatieve testuitslag en legitimatie. Mochten de richtlijnen tijdens de persconferentie op 12 november worden aangescherpt, dan bestaat de mogelijkheid dat het event volledig online plaatsvindt. We zullen u hierover informeren in de bevestigingsmail, die u in de week voorafgaand aan de jaarvergadering ontvangt.

Annual Meeting 2021

Dear HSD-partner,

We would like to invite you for the annual meeting of Security Delta (HSD) on Thursday 25 November 2021. This year, the annual meeting will be organised at HSD Campus, but you also have the choice to participate online. This annual meeting is incorporated in HSD's articles of association and contract agreements that we have made with our partners. Besides we attach importance to your vision concerning the future of HSD.

During this annual meeting you, as partner of HSD, can provide feedback and contribute to the current policies and plans of HSD and contribute to the annual plan for 2022. You will receive an e-mail with the enclosed draft of the 2022 annual plan prior to the meeting,

Location : HSD Campus (In case you attend online, you will receive a login link two days prior to the event.)

Corona measures and press conference on 12 November

HSD follows the national government guidelines regarding Corona. This means that upon arrival at the HSD Campus, we will ask you for your Corona admission ticket or negative test result and identification. If the guidelines are tightened up during the press conference on November 12, there is a possibility that the event will take place completely online. We will inform you about this in the confirmation email that you will receive the week prior to the annual meeting.
