WICCA is a dynamic community of women in cybersecurity founded late 2018 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with the mission to inspire and empower women in the field while sharing cybersecurity knowledge widely.
In 2025, after growing the community to 1,000+ members and organising two successful editions of WICCON, we expanded our circle to Ireland.
Our goal is to bring women security enthusiasts together to learn about everything from exploits, hacking, incident response, and forensics to the low-level tech, governance, policy, GRC—you name it! And of course, to make plenty of bad crypto jokes along the way. We’re here to build a strong community of badass women in the Netherlands and Ireland, and hopefully inspire future generations to grab a keyboard and get the hacking party started!
We meet regularly to talk about all things information security. We collaborate with individuals, companies, governments, and universities to offer a learning platform for women exploring a career in cybersecurity, as well as for experts looking to deepen their skills.
WICCA is an entirely volunteer-driven community and all our meetups are free!
