From 1 October 2026, Taurus Corporate Finance will operate entirely under the name IMAP Netherlands, marking the completion of its integration into IMAP. Over recent months, the teams at Taurus Corporate Finance and IMAP have continued to bring together their knowledge, experience and expertise. The move to a single name marks the next step in this integration, further strengthening the organisation’s position in the Dutch mid-market.

By combining their strengths, the teams bring together in-depth local market knowledge and a personal approach with IMAP’s international reach, sector expertise and global network. This strengthens the organisation’s ability to support business owners, companies and investors with both domestic and cross-border transactions.

One Team, One Name

The change of name will not affect existing relationships with clients and business contacts. Familiar advisers and teams will remain involved, with the same personal approach and commitment to quality continuing to underpin the service. At the same time, integration into IMAP Netherlands provides access to an international network of M&A specialists and sector expertise.

Through IMAP’s global network, clients can be connected with relevant expertise, opportunities and partners across different markets. This combines the strength of a locally focused M&A team with the opportunities offered by an international network.

Moving Forward as IMAP Netherlands

From 1 October 2026, all communications will take place under the IMAP Netherlands name, and the Taurus Corporate Finance name will be retired.

This marks an important milestone in the organisation’s development. Operating under a single, unified brand will support the continued development of long-term relationships and the provision of advice to clients at key strategic moments.
