European Union Representatives Visit HSD Campus with Focus on 'Cyber Resilient Society'

On 27 May European Union representatives visited the campus of The Hague Security Delta (HSD), the national innovation centre for security in The Hague. The delegation visits The Netherlands in the context of the Dutch chairmanship of the EU. Permanent representatives of the EU, EU ambassadors and civil servants were informed about the latest developments within the HSD cluster where businesses, knowdledge institutions and government cooperate and work on cyber security innnovations. Theme of the visit was ‘Cyber Resilient Society'. Siemens, SANS Europe, EclecticIQ and TNO showed their innovations to secure the cyber security of the future. During the visit the delegation experienced a pre-launch of TNO's Cyber Threat Intelligence Lab where data analysis, the exchange of knowledge of threat information are key. Ealier that day representatives of the Dutch province Zuid-Holland also visited HSD and the pre-launch of the TNO lab.
