Call for Participation: Blockchainmission to Singapore

Is your organisation active in blockchain and do you have international ambitions? Then join the Blockchain mission to Singapore from 11 until 16 November 2018, organised by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. Singapore invests to become a 'Smart Nation', a leading economy possible through digital innovation. Blockchain is one of the Technologies that plays a role in this major digitisation.


In the past year, attention for blockchain has increased significantly in Singapore. A number of government organisations are also starting concrete projects in the field of blockchain. In the financial, but also in other sectors, there is increasing attention for the application possibilities of Blockchain.

Programme
The Singapore FinTech Festival will take place from 12 to 16 November 2018. This event has now grown into one of the largest FinTech events in the world with more than 30,000 visitors. Blockchain is one of the themes this year. The Festival will be attended for inspiration and in order to make new contacts. In addition, a tailor-made programme will be made in which the market opportunities in the various sectors (financial, logistics, healthcare, safety, energy) that suit the various applications that Dutch companies and knowledge institutions offer will be explored.

In relation to Singapore, the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security, TNO, the Netherlands Embassy in Singapore, various Blockchain pilots and the HSD Office are exploring the possibility of starting a Partners for International Business (PIB) programme from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
