The Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CCoE) – a joint initiative between the Data Security Council of India (DSCI) and Government of Telangana, is a GLOCAL hub based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It aims to catalyse innovation, entrepreneurship and capability building in cybersecurity and privacy domains. With a vision to drive the cybersecurity ecosystem, the CCoE engages with and works with the five main pillars of the ecosystem: Industry, Government, Academia and R&D Centres, User groups and national and international collaborations. CCoE works with different organizations under each of these pillars through initiatives around Market Access, Innovation, Capability Building, Knowledge sharing, Events, Marketing & Promotion, Networking, Incubation, Research & Development. The CCoE is a hive of activity for organizations, departments, entrepreneurs, professionals and students engaged in this domain. It is part of DSCI which is a not-for-profit company registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act 1956 (now section 8 of Companies Act 2013) and is an industry body on data protection in India, set up by NASSCOM®, committed to making the cyberspace safe, secure and trusted by establishing best practices, standards and initiatives in cybersecurity and privacy.
